Fitness is the first requisite of happiness. Fitness will not only relate to happiness and well being, but also give you positive aspects in your daily life.
Dedicated Pilates instructor over 2 years and group instructor over 3 years with an Associates Degree in Health and Fitness. Enjoy working with all levels, any age, and with any type of physical condition. I’ve trained clients with minor and severe scoliosis and multiple sclerosis.
Are you an athlete? I’ve helped athletes, from tennis, track, and marathoner, to enhance performance, core strength and explore the benefits of mind body control and power. I also have a group instructor back ground and have taught Older Active Adult classes, step, body sculpt, kickboxing, boot camp, and cardio Latino aerobic classes.
In my personal life I’m fully involved in half and full marathon races, mud run race, and fitness skills competitions (women tri-fitness) boot camp style, and participated in minor ball dance competition. I also volunteer for different organization, such SPCA and Children’s Hospital. I’m not only an instructor but also a student, as I enjoy taking classes and workshops to enhance my education and for my own well being, happiness, and training.
