How do I register? Paypal or pay first day by cash or check. Bootcamp class only accepting 15 sign ups, so if you liked to save a spot please pay ahead of time through paypal.
Do I have to be an athlete to participate? No, its for all levels! Especially for beginners, beginners!
Are there age limits? Age18 and over. If you decide to bring anyone below the age 18, parents need to be present or both can sign up for class, even the entire family can sign up!
Will I lose weight in a two week session? Depends on the individual, how many time you workout, how you eat, manage stress, sleep, balance life.
What can I expect to gain from participating in a two week session? You will feel good about yourself, good self confidence, increase of energy throught out the day, that you will look forward coming to class! Most important your workout is done for the day!
How much will this cost ?
Do I have to sweat and get dirty? Remember you are outside, so yes sweat and dirty! BUT, listen up, this is fitness bootcamp not military style you will be push by using bands, medicine balls, and using your own body weight.

Are there public restrooms? No restroom in spots park, Yes in memorial
What do I need to bring? mat, water, and towel. If you need a mat, you could borrow one or I could sell you a mat.
What kind of clothing and footgear should I wear? Remember it summer time HOT, but since its early morning it may be a little cool and no sun. Wear cloth that is flexible, light weight, double dry shirts, 100% Polyester fabric helps control moisture buildup, Moisture Wicking T-Shirt, and running or cross train fitness tennis.
